I have worked with leading banks in India and UAE, covering companies from mid-cap segment to large multi-nationals and government related institutions. I have been involved in several large funding transactions including financing for power projects, EPC financing for oil & gas, petrochemical and infrastructure projects, trade finance and debt syndications. I have also been involved in various projects related to corporate banking strategy, credit risk policy and risk management frameworks.

After my banking career, I have spent last 5 years in advisory role working with mid-cap corporate clients, advising them on fund raises across the capital structure, balance sheet structuring and M&A advisory.

I started my banking career with State Bank of India in Mumbai, India. After completion of my MBA, I joined ICICI Bank in Mumbai. In 2003, I moved to UAE, where I worked with National Bank of Dubai (now, EmiratesNBD), HSBC and FGB(now, FAB) in various wholesale banking roles. In my last assignment, I was the Regional Head of Corporate and Investment Bank at FGB.
I hold an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata(IIM C) and am a CFA charter holder.
